The down pillow 70x80 cm from the Ewa Premium Heritage collection is one of the largest pillow sizes available on the Polish market. The generous format lets you sink in completely. Your head and neck rest in natural goose down that envelops like a cloud and creates no pressure points through the night.
The filling is 100% white Polish goose down from Wielkopolska farms. The down provides exceptional resilience: the pillow returns to its shape instantly after every use. The natural thermoregulating properties of down eliminate the feeling of overheating during sleep. This is especially relevant for women experiencing menopause and anyone with heat sensitivity.
The down is enclosed in certified 100% cotton fabric. No synthetics. No plastic.
A synthetic pillow (including orthopedic models) does not breathe and often contains unhealthy synthetic materials.
This format suits people who value freedom of movement during sleep. The single-chamber construction adapts to the shape of the head and neck, supporting the natural alignment of the cervical spine and reducing muscle tension. Less morning stiffness is the felt difference a well-chosen pillow makes.
The Ewa Premium Heritage pillow 70x80 cm is available in two profiles: medium and high. Choosing the right height is one of the most important decisions when buying a down pillow.
The medium pillow 70x80 cm is recommended for back and stomach sleepers. In these positions the head should rest close to the mattress surface. A pillow that is too high tilts the neck upward, overloads the muscles and ligaments of the cervical spine, and causes morning stiffness. The medium profile also works well on a soft mattress or a mattress with a topper.
The high pillow 70x80 cm is designed for back and side sleepers. In this position a gap appears between the head and the mattress that the pillow should precisely fill. The goal is a straight line from the lumbar spine to the top of the head. A pillow that is too flat causes the head to drop sideways, generating chronic tension in the neck and shoulders. The high profile also suits back sleepers who prefer a fuller, more substantial pillow.

Every pillow in the Ewa Premium Heritage collection is designed, filled, and sewn by hand at the emkap1926 manufactory in central Poznań. Nearly 100 years of experience in crafting down bedding goes into every detail: the quality of Polish goose down, the precision of the chamber construction, the finishing of every seam.
Our Clients receive a product made with care at every stage. We do not mass-produce. Each pillow is made to order.
Is a 70x80 cm goose down pillow hypoallergenic? Certified goose down undergoes a cleaning and disinfection process that removes most allergens. The tightly woven cotton fabric further limits the penetration of pollen and dust mites. However, if someone has a specific allergy to down and feathers, we recommend choosing a different natural filling.
What bed size does a 70x80 cm pillow fit? It works best on beds with a mattress width of 160 cm or more, meaning double, queen, and king-size beds. For narrower beds (up to 140 cm), the 50x60 or 50x70 cm size is a better fit.
How do you choose a pillowcase for a 70x80 cm pillow? The pillowcase should match the exact size of the pillow, with no extra allowance that would compress the filling. A breathable cotton sateen or percale pillowcase works best, as it is easy to wash and does not block the natural air circulation inside the down.
How do you wash a 70x80 cm down pillow? We recommend taking down pillows of this size and larger to a professional cleaner: washing should be done exclusively in a water bath. Small 40x40 cm pillows can be machine washed, provided they are thoroughly dried afterward in a tumble dryer using dryer balls (from a drugstore or tennis balls).
How much does a 70x80 cm down pillow weigh? Weight depends on the profile: a high-profile pillow is filled with more down than a medium-profile pillow, which results in a higher total product weight.

JanuszZamówiłam poduszkę pod wymiar 50x70 cm i prosiłam o ujęcie puchu. Poduszkę bardzo lubię, choć troszczeczkę żałuję, że odjęliśmy 10% puchu bo wcale nie jest za "wysoka".
