PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping to the territory of the European Union (“EU”) for all products over 200 EUR. This includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

For shipping of products under 200 EUR we will charge a flat fee of 20 EUR.

We work with two delivery partners: DPD and GLS.

We do not yet ship to overseas territories. This applies to the EU Outermost Regions (“ORs”) including: French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion Island and Saint-Martin (France), Azores and Madeira (Portugal), and the Canary Islands (Spain).

We do not yet ship outside the EU. This applies also to the EU Overseas Countries and Territories (“OCTs”) including Aruba (NL), Bonaire (NL), Curação (NL), French Polynesia (FR), French Southern and Antarctic Territories (FR), Greenland (DK), New Caledonia and Dependencies (FR), Saba (NL), Saint Barthélemy (FR), Sint Eustatius (NL), Sint Maarten (NL), St. Pierre and Miquelon (FR), Wallis and Futuna Islands (FR).

Every duvet, pillow, and bedding set is handmade only once you place your order. That's how we've worked for 100 years. Craftsmanship takes time, so order fulfilment takes up to 7 business days. In practice, we're often faster, but we'd rather surprise you pleasantly than promise more than we can deliver.
